As a professional accountant, I have become a great fan of technology and the pace of technology advancements is accelerating! Just over the past five years the business world has been revolutionized through "cloud-based" software services. Every desktop tool we ever used has been converted to an online service today. These apps are simpler, faster and less costly in most cases and dramatically expand the functionality at our fingertips - we can do things now - very useful, beneficial things, that were either not possible or cost effective five years ago.

Like many accountants, I have found that I needed to re-invent my own ways of delivering services. Every service I ever provided to my clients has been made more capable and more efficient and effective through these technolgy developments.
